Comunichiamo che nel pomeriggio di sabato 27 agosto si sono presentati alla porta dell’abitazione del padre di un nostro compagno sette sbirri in borghese in cerca di armi da fuoco. Avendo trovato quello che volevano, il nostro compagno e il suo babbo sono stati arrestati. Il primo è stato trasferito nel carcere di Massa e il secondo ai domiciliari ma, per via della tempesta avvenuta negli scorsi giorni, è rinchiuso nei locali della pubblica assistenza avendo la casa inagibile.

Arrests in Carrara (Italy, August 27, 2022)
We inform that on the afternoon of Saturday, August 27, seven plainclothes cops, looking for firearms, showed up at the home of the father of a comrade. Having found what they wanted, our comrade and his father were arrested. The first one was transferred to Massa prison and the second one to house arrest but, due to the storm that has occurred in the past few days, he is locked up in the public assistance premises as his house is uninhabitable.

* The space of the ‘Circolo Culturale Anarchico’, at via Ulivi 8 in Carrara, has been open continuously since the 1970s, with initiatives and a wide distribution of anarchist and revolutionary publications. After Gogliardo Fiaschi’s death in 2000, the space was dedicated to the comrade.
