(IT) Venerdì 17 marzo, alla presentazione di un libro dedicato al lavoro di Altiero Spinelli (“un visionario e uno dei “grandi padri” dell’unificazione europea”) all’ Italian Educational Institue a Patison (Atene, di fronte al cancello NTUA), è stato fatto un intervento politico in solidarietà al compagno Alfredo Cospito, in sciopero della fame dal 20\10\2022.
Interrompendo la loro celebrazione “civile”, presenziata dall’ambasciatrice italiana Patrizia Falcinelli, dal presidente del Movimento Europeo Italiano Pier Virgilio Dastoli, dal presidente del dipartimento di Studi mediterranei dell’Università di Aegen S. Dalis, dal vicepresidente del Parlamento Europeo D. Papadimoulis, dall’ex eurodeputato K. Botopoulou, e da vari altri sfruttatori di grandi imprese con i loro scagnozzi che si sono fatti notare prima delle elezioni nei loro salotti istituzionali, come l’ex ministro e attuale deputato G. Katrougalos, abbiamo interrotto per un po’ l’immagine della loro superiorità sul tema.
L’ipocrita sensibilità dei politicanti e studiosi dell’Europa borghese e democratica verso i diritti e il federalismo (delle economie e del capitale), rappresentata nella foto del 2016 quando Renzi, Merkel e Holland hanno omaggiato la tomba di Spinelli (a favore dell’unità europea) è stata costretta a tacere per ascoltare il discorso dell’anarchico in sciopero della fame Alfredo Cospito contro il 41bis e contro le prigioni.
Tra slogan urlati e volantini lanciati, abbiamo fatto capire ai rappresentanti presenti del governo attuale che noi non dimentichiamo l’approvazione del nuovo Codice penale e le conseguenze a cui ha portato per le condizioni carcerarie qui. La nostra lotta non conosce confini.
Il Re era, è e sarà nudo: non ci facciamo illusioni. Lo Stato ei suoi dipendenti assassinano Alfredo Cospito. Questo era il loro obiettivo fin dall’inizio. E gli ultimi granelli di sabbia nella clessidra della vita del compagno costruiscono la nostra stessa complicità nella sua lotta e scuotono le fondamenta dei palazzi del Re.
Ecco il testo letto durante l’interruzione:
Oggi, in questa sala, sentirete parlare di quanto sia bella la nostra democrazia, di quanto sia bello lo Stato fondato su di essa. Sentirete parlare di Altiero Spinelli e il suo contributo per la fondazione dell’Unione Europea. Spinelli fu imprigionato durante il regime fascista in Italia, ma comunque gli era possibile scrivere ed esprimere la propria opinione dalla prigione (“confino”). Oggi, nell’Italia democratica, i prigionieri politici sono torturati e silenziati per le loro idee. Stiamo parlando del compagno Alfredo Cospito, che è in sciopero della fame da 5 mesi per lottare contro il sistema detentivo 41bis, che è una forma di tortura legalizzata. Non può leggere, non può comunicare, non può vedere il cielo o toccare un filo d’erba. Non può tenere la foto dei suoi genitori nella piccola cella, può solo vedere 4 persone un’ora al giorno. Contro questa forma di tortura, contro questa “non-vita”, Alfredo ha deciso di lottare con l’ultima arma che aveva, il suo corpo. Grazie al suo coraggio e alla sua determinazione, molti compagni hanno preso parte alla lotta contro il 41bis e contro le galere. Ecco perché siamo qua oggi.
Nel tentativo di collegare lo stato italiano a quello greco e le politiche del capitale locale e internazionale, è necessario dire quanto segue: Alfredo Cospito è stato accusato e condannato per avere rivendicato la responsabilità dell’attacco contro il CEO della compagnia Ansaldo Nucleare, nel 2012 a Genova.
Il primo contratto (di tre differenti appaltatori per diverse sezioni dell’asse centrale Atene-Salonicco-Ptomahonas) del 2007 riguardava l’equipaggiamento dei treni col sistema ETCS, equipaggiamento assegnato all’azienda italiana Ansaldo (successivamente acquisita dal colosso giapponese Hitachi) con un budget iniziale di 25 milioni di euro. Il progetto, dopo ripetuti ritardi e proroghe, fu finalmente completato a metà 2018, dopo due svalutazioni (fisiche e monetarie) perché Ansaldo non aveva rispettato gli obblighi contrattuali. Dopo tagli e sofferenze, la compagnia italiana ha equipaggiato 88 treni contro i 114 che avrebbe dovuto per 21milioni di euro. Ma ciononostante i sistemi di sicurezza ECTS rimangono inattivi, perché si assemblano al completamento e all’installazione della linea. Come risultato, oggi piangiamo decine di morti per l’omicidio premeditato in Tempi.
Con parole semplici, Ansaldo (Nucleare) è essenzialmente co-responsabile per il fatale equipaggiamento difettoso del sistema europeo ECTS nella rete ferroviaria greca che ha portato, tre altre cose, allo omicidio capitalista e di Stato a Tempi.
Chi è il criminale, dopotutto? Quanto valgono davvero le nostre vite? Quanto dobbiamo urlare per dire l’ovvio, ovvero che per lo Stato e il Capitale noi non siamo altro che oggetti sacrificabili, sia dentro che fuori le strutture detentive?
La lotta dell’anarchico Alfredo Cospito e quella di tutte le persone libere in giro per il globo dimostra l’ipocrisia dei padroni di questo mondo e rivendica un altro mondo per l’umanità. Un mondo dove il rispetto della dignità, la solidarietà e la libertà non sono parole su pergamene polverose, ma uno stile di vita.
Assemblea aperta in solidarietà ad Alfredo Cospito
(GR) Την Παρασκευή 17 Μαρτίου, στην έναρξη της παρουσίασης του συλλογικού τόμου – αφιερώματος στο έργο του Altiero Spinelli («οραματιστή κι ενός εκ των μεγάλων «πατέρων» της ευρωπαϊκής ενοποίησης») στο Ιταλικό Μορφωτικό Ινστιτούτο στην Πατησίων – Αθήνα (απέναντι από την πύλη του ΕΜΠ), πραγματοποιήθηκε πολιτική παρέμβαση αλληλεγγύης με τον σύντροφο απεργό πείνας, από 20/10/22, Alfredo Cospito.
Διακόπτοντας το αστικό πανηγυράκι τους, παρουσία της πρέσβειρας του ιταλικού κράτους Patrizia Falcinelli και του προέδρου της Ευρωπαϊκής Κίνησης Ιταλίας Pier Virgilio Dastoli, του προέδρου του τμήματος Μεσογειακών Σπουδών του Πανεπιστημίου Αιγαίου Σ. Ντάλη, του αντιπροέδρου του Ευρωπαϊκού Κοινοβουλίου Δ. Παπαδημούλη και του πρώην ευρωβουλευτή Κ. Μποτόπουλου, καθώς και λοιπών μεγαλοαστών εκμεταλλευτών και κολαούζων τους που ξαμολήθηκαν προεκλογικά στα θεσμικά σαλόνια, όπως του τέως υπουργού και νυν βουλευτή Γ. Κατρούγκαλου, διακόψαμε για λίγο την εικόνα κυριότητάς τους μες στο πεδίο τους.
Η υποκριτική «ευαισθησία» των μεγαλοαστών δημοκρατών πολιτικών και λογίων της Ευρώπης για τα δικαιώματα και τον φεντεραλισμό (των οικονομιών και του κεφαλαίου), κατά τη mediaκή εικόνα του 2016, όταν οι Renzi, Merkel και Hollande απέτιαν φόρο τιμής στον τάφο του Spinelli (στα θεμέλια της ευρωπαϊκής ενότητας), αναγκάστηκε να σιωπήσει για να ακουστεί ο λόγος του αναρχικού απεργού πείνας Alfredo Cospito και του αγώνα κατά του 41bis και κατά της φυλακής.
Ακούστηκαν συνθήματα, πετάχτηκαν τρικάκια και κάναμε σαφές στους παρόντες εκπροσώπους της τέως κυβέρνησης πως δεν ξεχνούμε την ψήφιση του νέου Ποινικού Κώδικα και τον δρόμο που άνοιξε για την εδώ συνθήκη του εγκλεισμού. Οι αγώνες μας δεν αναγνωρίζουν σύνορα.
Ο Βασιλιάς ήταν, είναι και θα είναι γυμνός: δεν τρέφουμε αυταπάτες. Το κράτος κι οι υπάλληλοί του δολοφονούν τον Alfredo Cospito. Αυτός ήταν ο στόχος τους εξαρχής. Κι οι τελευταίοι κόκκοι άμμου στην κλεψύδρα της ζωής του συντρόφου χτίζουν τη δική μας συνενοχή στον αγώνα του και κλονίζουν τα θεμέλια των παλατιών του Βασιλιά.

Σήμερα, σε αυτή την αίθουσα, θα ακούσετε ανθρώπους να μιλούν για το πόσο σπουδαία είναι η δημοκρατία μας, πόσο καλή είναι η Πολιτεία που βασίζεται σε αυτήν. Θα ακούσετε ανθρώπους να μιλούν για τον Altiero Spinelli και τη συμβολή του στη δημιουργία της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης. Ο Σπινέλι ήταν φυλακισμένος κατά τη διάρκεια του ιταλικού φασιστικού καθεστώτος, αλλά μπορούσε να γράψει και να εκφράσει τη γνώμη του από τη φυλακή. Σήμερα, στη δημοκρατική Ιταλία, οι πολιτικοί κρατούμενοι βασανίζονται και φιμώνονται για τις ιδέες τους. Μιλάμε για τον σύντροφο Alfredo Cospito, ο οποίος κάνει απεργία πείνας εδώ και 5 μήνες για να πολεμήσει ενάντια στο καθεστώς των φυλακών 41bis, που είναι μια μορφή νομιμοποιημένων βασανιστηρίων. Δεν μπορεί να διαβάσει, δεν μπορεί να έχει καμία μορφή επικοινωνίας, δεν μπορεί να δει τον ουρανό ή να αγγίξει το γρασίδι. Δεν μπορεί να κρατήσει μια φωτογραφία των γονιών του μέσα στο μικρό κελί, όπου είναι έγκλειστος, μπορεί να δει μόνο 4 άτομα μια ώρα την ημέρα. Ενάντια σε αυτή τη μορφή βασανιστηρίων και, ενάντια σε αυτή τη «μη ζωή», ο Αλφρέντο επιλέγει να πολεμήσει μέχρι την τελευταία του πνοή με το μόνο όπλο που έχει, το σώμα του. Χάρη στο θάρρος του και την αποφασιστικότητά του, πολλοί σύντροφοι συμμετέχουν στον αγώνα κατά του 41bis και κατά της φυλακής. Για αυτό βρισκόμαστε κι εμείς εδώ.
Σε μια προσπάθεια σύνδεσης του ιταλικού με το ελληνικό κράτος και τις απόρροιες των πολιτικών των ντόπιων και διεθνών κεφαλαίων, αξίζει να αναφέρουμε και το εξής: ο Alfredo Cospito κατηγορήθηκε και καταδικάστηκε για την ανάληψη από πλευράς του της ευθύνης της επίθεσης εναντίον του διευθύνοντος συμβούλου της εταιρίας Ansaldo Nucleare, το 2012 στη Γένοβα.
Η πρώτη (από τους τρεις διαφορετικούς αναδόχους για διαφορετικά τμήματα του κεντρικού άξονα Αθήνα-Θεσσαλονίκη-Προμαχώνας) σύμβαση του 2007 αφορούσε τον εξοπλισμό των συρμών με το σύστημα του ETCS: ο εξοπλισμός ανατέθηκε στην ιταλική εταιρεία Ansaldo (εξαγοράστηκε κατόπιν από τον ιαπωνικό κολοσσό της Hitachi) με αρχικό προϋπολογισμό τα 25 εκατ. ευρώ. Το έργο μετά από αλλεπάλληλες καθυστερήσεις και παρατάσεις ολοκληρώθηκε τελικά στα μέσα του 2018 και αφού πρώτα είχαν επιβληθεί δύο απομειώσεις φυσικού αντικειμένου και χρημάτων στη σύμβαση, καθώς η Ansaldo δεν ανταποκρινόταν στις συμβατικές της υποχρεώσεις. Μετά κόπων και βασάνων, δηλαδή, η ιταλική εταιρεία εξοπλίζει 88 έναντι 114 συρμών που είχε αναλάβει αντί 21 εκατ. ευρώ. Ωστόσο, τα συστήματα αυτά επίσης παραμένουν ανενεργά καθώς συναρθρώνονται με την ολοκλήρωση της εγκατάστασης και στις γραμμές. Για να θρηνούμε σήμερα την εκατόμβη νεκρών μιας προμελετημένης δολοφονίας στα Τέμπη.
Με απλά λόγια, η Ansaldo (Nucleare) είναι ουσιαστικά συνυπεύθυνη για τα θανατηφόρα ελλείμματα εξοπλισμού του ευρωπαϊκού συστήματος ETCS του ελληνικού σιδηροδρομικού δικτύου που οδήγησαν μεταξύ άλλων στην καπιταλιστική και κρατική δολοφονία στα Τέμπη.
Ποιος είναι τελικώς ο εγκληματίας; Πόσο τελικά κοστίζουν οι ζωές μας; Πόσο πρέπει να κραυγάσουμε για να πούμε το αυτονόητο: Πώς, δηλαδή, για τα κράτη και το κεφάλαιο είμαστε αναλώσιμα αντικείμενα είτε στις δομές εγκλεισμού είτε έξω από αυτές;
Ο αγώνας του αναρχικού Alfredo Cospito και αυτοί όλων των ελεύθερων ανθρώπων ανά τον κόσμο καταδεικνύουν την υποκρισία των αρχόντων του κόσμου και διεκδικούν έναν άλλο κόσμο για την ανθρωπότητα. Έναν κόσμο, όπου ο σεβασμός στην αξιοπρέπεια, η αλληλεγγύη και η ελευθερία δεν είναι λόγια σε σκονισμένες περγαμηνές αλλά τρόπος ζωής.

(EN) On Friday, March 17th, at the launch of the presentation of the collective volume – tribute to the work of Altiero Spinelli (“a visionary and one of the great ‘fathers’ of European unification”) at the Italian Educational Institute in Patision – Athens (across the NTUA gate), a political intervention of solidarity with the comrade and hunger striker, since 20/10/22, Alfredo Cospito was held.
Interrupting their civil celebration, in the presence of the ambassador of the Italian state Patrizia Falcinelli and the president of the European Movement of Italy Pier Virgilio Dastoli, the president of the Mediterranean Studies department of the University of the Aegean S. Dalis, the vice president of the European Parliament D. Papadimoulis and the former MEP K. Botopoulou, as well as other big business exploiters and their henchmen who were smitten before the elections in the institutional salons, such as the former minister and current MP G. Katrougalos, we shaked for a while the image of their superiority in their field.
The hypocritical “sensitivity” of Europe’s bourgeois democratic politicians and scholars for rights and federalism (of the economies and the capital), in the media image of 2016, when Renzi, Merkel and Hollande paid tribute to Spinelli’s grave (in favor of the foundations of European unity), was forced to be silent in order to hear the speech of the anarchist hunger striker Alfredo Cospito and the fight against 41bis and against the prison.Slogans were heard, flyers were thrown and we made clear to the present representatives of the former government that we do not forget the passing of the new Penal Code and the way it opened for the condition of incarceration here. Our struggles recognize no borders.
The King was, is and will be naked: we have no illusions. The state and its employees murder Alfredo Cospito. That was their goal from the beginning. And the last grains of sand in the hourglass of our comrades life build our own complicity in his struggle and shake the foundations of the King’s palaces.

Today, in this room, you will listen to people talking about how great our democracy is, how good is the state based on it. You will listen to people talking about Altiero Spinelli and his contribution to the creation of the European Union. Spinelli was imprisoned during the Italian Fascist regime, but was able to write and express his opinion from prison. Today, in democratic Italy, political prisoners are tortured and silenced for their ideas. We are talking about comrade Alfredo Cospito, who has been on hunger strike for 5 months in order to fight against the 41bis prison regime, which is a form of legalized torture. He cannot read, he cannot have any form of communication, he cannot see the sky or touch the grass. He cannot keep a picture of his parents inside the small cell where he is confined, he can only see 4 people an hour per day. Against this form of torture and, against this “non-life”, Alfredo chooses to fight until his last breath with the only weapon he has, his body. Thanks to his courage and determination, many comrades are joining the fight against 41bis and against the prison. This is why we are also here.
In an attempt to connect the italian with the greek state and the consequences of the policies of local and international capital, it is worth mentioning the following: Alfredo Cospito was accused and convicted for claiming responsibility for the attack against the CEO of the company Ansaldo Nucleare, in 2012 in Genoa. The first (of the three different contractors for different sections of the central axis Athens-Thessaloniki-Promahonas) contract of 2007 concerned the equipping of the trains with the ETCS system: the equipment was assigned to the italian company Ansaldo (subsequently acquired by the japanese colossus Hitachi ) with an initial budget of 25 million euros. The project, after repeated delays and extensions, was finally completed in mid-2018 and after two impairments of physical object and money had been imposed on the contract, as Ansaldo did not meet its contractual obligations. After pains and sufferings, that is, the italian company equips 88 against 114 trains that it had undertaken for 21 million euros. However, these systems also remain inactive as they are assembled upon completion of the installation and on the lines. As a result, we mourn today dozens of dead people in the premeditated murder in Tempi.
In simple words, Ansaldo (Nucleare) is essentially co-responsible for the fatal equipment deficiencies of the European ETCS system of the greek railway network which led, among other things, to the capitalist and state murder in Tempi.
Who is the criminal after all? How much our lives really worth? How much do we have to shout to say the obvious: That, for the states and the capital we are expendable objects either in the structures of confinement or outside of them?
The struggle of the anarchist Alfredo Cospito and those of all free people around the world demonstrate the hypocrisy of the world’s masters and claim another world for humanity. A world where respect on dignity, solidarity and freedom are not words on dusty parchments but a way of life.
